As a Sales Person at Wayne Fence, you will play a key role in driving our company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and closing sales deals.
Terms of Reference (TOR) for Sales Person:
- Objective: To increase company sales through effective client engagement and relationship management.
- Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media.
- Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose suitable fencing solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiating terms to close sales deals.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and target key markets.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and trends.
- Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in the construction or home improvement industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
2. INSTALLER
As an Installer at Wayne Fence, you will be responsible for the installation of our fencing products at customer sites, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Terms of Reference (TOR) for Installer:
- Objective: To execute the installation of fencing products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret installation diagrams and specifications.
- Prepare installation sites, including measuring and marking layouts.
- Install fencing products accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment and stability.
- Address and resolve onsite challenges or issues promptly.
- Communicate with customers throughout the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
- Qualifications:
- Experience in fencing installation or a related field preferred.
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent customer service skills.
