I am very impressed with Jay Lee and his team at Wayne Fence. Not only did they offer the best price but they exceeded all expectations, the fence is exactly what we wanted! The process ran smoothly and Wayne Fence handled everything from the permit, to the removal and disposal of an old fence, and the perfect installation of the new fence.
Wayne Fence did an amazing job on my fence at my new house! I made an appointment with Joe he showed up on time, measured, and gave his input on what styles of fence would complement my house and back yard. Joe was very detail oriented, he even took into account things such as having a double gate for landscape equipment to fit through, an access gate to service my generator and even a rear yard access gate in case the kids threw a ball over the fence!! The installation crew showed up and got my fence installed in 1 day and the job was perfect. Joe then came back to inspect the work of the installers and made sure I was 100% happy with everything before he left. The next day they came to my house to clean up where the materials were dropped in my driveway , this was unexpected and really shows how much they care about making a customer happy. Now my kids have a safe and secure backyard to run around in . Thank you again to Wayne Fence the courtesy and professionalism is unmatched! What a great idea we had to signed up a contract and have Jeff and his team members from Wayne Fence to do our backyard. We were shopping in many towns around our neighborhood and prices were extremely high and without good customer service (our experienced). We were looking for the best deal and we were about to have our hopes down until we met Jeff from Wayne Fence. He was professional, reliable and caring person as well his team members. They finished the job in one day and we were impressed by their punctuality, safety procedures and organize team work . Great quality in their products and great installation too. Overall A+ to them. All quotes were priced within reason however we felt Wayne Fence demonstrated that they would accommodate our needs, timeline and specs to our satisfaction. The Wayne Fence team was great. I made an appointment, they came out to measure and provided a very competitive quote. They were very flexible on scheduling and rescheduling our installation when I had last minute changes. The installation came out great. They installed a white, vinyl, fence around my property. Joe, Ian, and the rest of the team were very professional. I would 100% recommend them for any fence projects.
What I found was that other fence companies would not return my calls, not with Wayne Fence. They were very responsive and didn’t give the runaround. Mo was awesome and answered any questions we had. I had two areas fenced in with a chain link fence and they came out wonderfully. Wayne Fence informed of when they were coming and they came and everything was accomplished within a few hours. Would highly recommend since they are reliable and affordable.
We needed a fence installed for our new dog and got about 5 prices. They were from all the usual guys around Wayne. Joe came by and gave me an estimate that beat all the rest. He even ordered a piece of the fencing I was looking for and dropped it off so I could actually see it at my property instead of looking at it in a book. Walter and his FIVE GUY CREW worked RELENTLESSLY through lightning, thunder, and pouring rain. I practically had to beg them to get a drink of water!
